Our Make Some Noise charity has raised more than £19 million for over 250 incredible charities around the UK, helping more than 78,000 children, young people and thousands more family members improve their lives, learn new skills and feel sheltered and safe.
We’ve also invested in future generations wanting to work within media and creative industries by setting up our fantastic Global Academy: a school for 14–19-year-olds in West London that provides its students with the skills needed to succeed in broadcast and digital media. We’re passionate about growing the next generation of tech and digital talent.

Single-use plastics have been removed from offices and music events
29% of our waste is recycled with the rest going to produce new energy and avoiding landfill
I joined Global 4 years ago as an iOS Developer and now I lead the iOS team. Managing people and overseeing the codebase at the same time can be challenging but challenges make a role exciting for me. I know I can make an impact every day by digging deeper to find a better solution for a problem or simply listening to others' problems. I enjoy the flexibility of having dedicated time for continuous learning every week
